Home Owners Association Documents (HOA)

Owning & Renting property that involves a homeowners' association means you need to be aware of the legal documents that affect your property rights. Certain legal documents were used to create the HOA and, as the HOA carries out its duties, additional legal documents are drawn up on an ongoing basis. If you are concerned about common area maintenance or the quality of life in your community, reviewing these legal documents can provide information on how to act on your concerns.
